Long/short week. We had so much fun news yesterday. Charlotte was awarded that big Nassau County STANYS science award for a SENIOR from each school who has gone above and beyond in the field of science. Very prestigious. She was posted on the school webpage with the Superintendent and head of Science. So great.

Then, last night, Newsday featured the 150 Valedictorians from all of Long Island. And there was our girl. It will be published sometime in June but it's available online. So that was fun to see. Go smarty pants.

So not much else to report. Just trying to get through the next few weeks. Lots of fun, fun stuff happening for the girl. These are the moments I'm most excited for. She had her softball dinner the other night, where she was acknowledged for beating the homerun record with 9 homeruns in a season and FIFTY hits! Most doubles, RBI's. This girl was on fire her SENIOR year! Never know what the future will hold either. Can't wait to see her play in the LI All Star game in a few weeks. I LOVE watching her.
