Happy Almost Weekend. Dad is coming along slowly...
. The pneumonia seems to be the big issue. Tomorrow, he will be home a week from the hospital, but they are thinking maybe the pneumonia is a different strain and requires a more intense or just different medication. Right now, the cancer removal was minor. So, he has a doctor's appointment on Monday where the will take an X Ray to see the pneumonia and discuss with them what's what. What a haul...
I went over after school yesterday to spend some time with them and Barb is going over today. I hope this gets better and passes soon.
On another note, The Slugger just hit her 7TH Homerun of the season 2 nights ago! There was a surprise write up about her with the title- Spotlight Athlete highlighting all of her stats from this season. It was such a surprise and so fun to see today! Much needed.
I'm mentally and physically exhausted!
Charlotte is leaving for the school music trip to Virginia tomorrow morning at 5:30 until Sunday. I will miss her, but she deserves a break from all of this end of year insanity.
