FRIDAY EVE.

 We've been running on a softball high here. Going, going. And the slugger is stepping UP.

My Dad sent me the stats from Newsday this morning and they featured her and her 7 at bats. She hit two doubles and went 7 for 7. She's doing GREAT! We froze our butts off at that game yesterday though. Thank goodness the game was called in the 5th inning due to a mercy rule. They won!

So we finally thawed out this morning and are heading into the weekend with company coming and 2 more games. 

I'm suffering terribly today with a sinus migraine. Seems like rain maybe tomorrow, so we'll see. All I want to do is crawl into bed when it's crushing like that. Tomorrow, I have my last observation of the year, so I'll be glad to get that over with.

So, busy next few days ahead for us, then a much needed SPRING BREAK starting next Thursday! Cannot wait. We have a bunch of softball games over the vacation. So we will be busy.
