Easter Monday.

 Happy Easter Monday everyone!

Well, my girl is finally home and that was the biggest gift of all :) They got home early on Saturday and were both exhausted from all the car time. Then yesterday, we went to Mom's for an early brunch that was chock full of all the delish breakfast foods, homemade Greek mini cheese pies, breakfast casserole, pancakes, homemade muffins, bacon, bagels, fruit you name it, Mom delivered. And she does it all herself. A true rock star. Bravo to her. Then she made us all a separate Greek lasagna to take home for dinner tonight! Who's better than she is?

She also made homemade cheesecake, we brought Italian pastries, Uncle Joe brought a delish cake and so on and so on...I brought champagne for mimosas, I don't drink them but others did and that was that. We helped her clean up and put everything away, it's the least we could do and we were all home in our pjs by 3:30! It was perfect. It was about 13 of us.

Then today, Charlotte had off from school and we had to work, so that was a bummer! Char has a softball game tonight. Super damp out, but we've sat through all sorts of weather, so it is what it is.

Off I go to bring the slugger back to the field for the game.
