Well, Charlotte is a thousand times better thank goodness. That was a really rough few days for my poor girl.
Hated to see her that sick. She doesn't get sick a lot, so when it comes on this hard and strong it makes me nervous. She's had a few days of taking it easy with everything and now tonight, we ae headed to watch her in Sports Nite for her class war competition. Never a dull moment right?
The Coach has his doctor appointment this afternoon to maybe move on to the next step. Definitely a reality check when he went back to work and was standing all day. Longer, harder recovery than he thought, I'm guessing. But he's always been one to downplay things.
Moving on...He already scheduled his other foot to be done August 1st. There goes all of August! Yikes.
Anyway, we are starting to pack the March calendar with lots of To Dos. This Saturday we are voyaging to NJ because the girl has a travel softball tournament. This is new, never played 3 softball games outside in the winter! Okaaay? Weird.
Sunday, the girl and I may try to go buy her prom dress. If we took her Dad and he saw how much those gowns cost, he might die of a heart attack right there! So it'll be just Charlotte and I.
That's the quick update on the fam. Cannot wait for Friday! Let's gooo.
