Blinded By The Light.

 Happy Eclipse Monday!

Did you see it? It was actually super cool. We all had our glasses on and it was neater than I had imagined. We got to see it right after school today (3:15 PM) and right before Charlotte had to head back to the softball field for a game. My parents also happened to be here for it because they stepped in for us at the game, since we had to head back to work AGAIN for Parent Conferences. Fourth time this year. Insane. Charlotte had another great game. 

We got some cool news that she was listed in Newsday and is tied for the number 1 homerun hitter in Nassau County! Isn't that FUN?! Now she has to beat this girl! LOL Good thing she has a batting lesson tomorrow night!

So we are trying to get through this crazy week with school obligations, 3 softball games, report cards to finish, batting lessons and the girl leaves on Friday at 4 AM for her big music festival trip with her school to Busch Gardens, VA for the weekend! LOTS going on and all the in between. You know, dentist, appointments... Man, OH man.

 

I look at these pictures and beam with pride :) I love watching her play. Wouldn't change it for the world.
