Happy Sunday guys.
Busy weekend for The Webs. I mentioned Friday right after school I was in charge of a colleague's retirement dinner. It was a success! Everyone loved everything, The food was delicious, the place was perfect, my flower centerpieces I made were a big hit and most importantly the honoree was so touched and happy. I thought it would be a nice night out for the husband and I seeing as that the last time we had a big night out was at a wedding back in September. But, after dinner Web decises to go back home, so I stayed with about 8 of the guests and we hung out for a drink on the back deck of the restaurant. Was real, real nice. And now I can breathe for a second while I gear up for a HUGE week for the slugger and her softball team.

She has her first playoff game on Tuesday, then Game 2 on Wednesday and if need be a third game on Friday. Praying, they still have that fire in them!
Didn't get over to see Mom and Dad this week it was crazy. I feel bad about that, so I'm hoping to see them this week. No plans yet for Memorial Day Weekend. Barb and her family will be away in Boston at a beautiful wedding, so it will be low key for us. I'd love to plan something with Mom and Dad if he was feeling okay/ Day by day...
