Happy Very Springy Monday!
It's in the 60s here today and will also be tomorrow. Go figure, right? Then 40s toward the end of the week of course. LOLLLLLL Let's just have some consistency eh? Too drastic for my taste.
Anyway, soak it all in when you can right?
Today is the first day of Charlotte's LAST High School Softball season! Bittersweet to say the least. It all starts to hit around now. Because for us the last 4 years, when softball season started, it was full speed ahead until mid- May, then school was over! But in our case, a huuuuuuuge change, end of an era and new beginning on the horizon. Lots of emotions. All rolled together.
So, my motto, always will be, Hour By Hour. That's all you can do.
So today- Softball. This week- Rock Rivalry Competition. Just keep checking off boxes. I am excited to watch her play softball again. Like, REALLY excited.
So by Monday, that big thing will be behind her and she can concentrate on softball.
Other than that, not much happening. We are already almost finished with the 3rd quarter of school. I can't believe how things have really picked up and FAST!
Slooooooow down, right? Still waiting on all of the colleges. So that's been a bit of a test in patience but I think we are doing okay. Can't rush it.
