Halloween Weekend!

 Happy Sunday y'all!

Well, we had a super busy, fun Halloween weekend and we're still going.

Friday I had the family over. They all understood the assignment and showed up in the MOST fabulous costumes, My Dad in his Superman costume, my Mom as a nun, Chris and Sam in this huge dinosaur costumes, Bar and Spiro as The Price Is Right, Marina as a taco, Uncle Joe as himself, I was the witch from Wicked and Web was the Wizard. We had the BEST time. LOTS of belly laughs. Love my family and cherish these moments.

Took me all day on Friday to prep for that. The night before we had a huge furniture delivery so between that and prepping for a party. Oof it was a lot. But it all got done and everyone raved about the furniture. So I was glad I saved my money to invest in some really comfortable, good looking pieces. I moved the previous living room furniture into the front room. It looks great.

Then last night, I had a surprise 50th birthday dinner at a restaurant for a mom friend of mine. Didn't get up until around 10;45. I was beat. Today, was take down all the Halloween decor, inside and out and really give the house a good cleaning. Have a nice, fresh start to the holiday season. Mrs. Claus is also almost done shopping for Charlotte. So that's another big TO DO done.

Like I said, super productive, busy weekend. The most I've been out of the house in months. Was nice to be surrounded by upbeat, fun people.
