HAPPY WEEKEND!

 Happy Football Sunday guys!

Happy Birthday to my Dad yesterday! We went over to their house to celebrate him with a nice brunch Mom put together. Not our usual crew as everyone is running in different directions now that summer is over and we're back in the grind. Charlotte and I went alone because the coach was coaching. Spiro and Marina were working a big show for the company he works for at Queens College all day and the Logios kids were all busy. So it was just Barb, Uncle Joe, Sam and Chris and us. Just enough to celebrate him on his special day.

Barb will host a pizza dinner for Mom on Sept 16th so we can celebrate her after school. Again, our schedules are insane every weekend and after school in the fall so we do it when we can do it. The fall has A LOT of birthdays for our family. Maybe next year we should pick 1 day and celebrate them all. LOL  

Was good to catch up with Sam and Chris though. It's hard to see them with them living now in CT. Iy makes my Mom so happy when the three of us are together :)

So yesterday was low key, celebrated Dad and  Charlotte came home to get a jumpstart on all of her senior homework. Definitely doesn't ease up senior year.

She has a softball tournament she's coaching next weekend, so she will be busy all weekend.

I was glad she was able to meet up with friends last night at the first SENIOR party to hang out for a bit.
