We're Baaack From The Shore!

Happy Saturday all!

Well, our second annual Jersey Shore August Beach Vacay was another success.

The last 7 days were filled with hosting Charlotte's girlfriends, in and out on various days and Barb and her family and my parents for 2 days. The weather was beautiful when we arrived for the first 2 days. Then Hurricane Erin started to show her head a bit for 2 days, then the sun was beaming yesterday and it was a picture perfect beach day. So much, in fact that we were on the beach from 12-5:30! LOL I know.

The house had 6 bedrooms and 4 baths and lots of room for the teens to disappear and have their own space. It was one house away from the beach. Prime location again. As you know the Jersey Shore has a special place in The Logios hearts for over 40 years, so when we can get back there and visit all of our favorite spots it's just so nostalgic. And sharing it with Char's friends again was so fun!

I took a thousand pics, but will just share a few today as I am exhausted! Lots of packing, unpacking, hostessing, driving...

The perfect week to sneak away before school starts after Labor Day and the party is over! And our little 16 year old embarks on her SENIOR YEAR! Oh man, this will be emotional. And of course, the proofs of her Senior pictures were sent to us yesterday and it all became very real! 

So, we laughed this week, cried (Barb and I over our girls ) we soaked in the sun, ate A LOT, shopped A LOT, watched the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen, had 2 theme dinner nights of a tropical sunset and fun pj night and are just so grateful and blessed.
