Happy Sunday Guys!
Been busy getting stuff taken care of around here before we head down to the shore for vacation on Sat 8/16. We are beyooooond excited! We all need this so bad. I made up a few goody bags for the kids when they come down.

Charlotte did extend the invite to a few of her girlfriends to come down for a day or two. So a few of them will be joining us on random days. My parents will head down to see all the old neighbor friends on their block like last year. Now it's a tradition. All the ladies take my mom out for a big lunch. It's so sweet. We had the chance to have breakfast with her here the other day. Was so nice to sit and catch up...

Barb and Marina will head down mid-week to join us because it's the one year anniversary of Spiro's dad's passing and there's so much going on that week. I'm just glad they will be able to join us for a few days. It's been a long year.
Barb and I are also bracing ourselves to be the mothers of two SENIOR cousin/sisters this year. We have so much to bond over, chat about and plan. I'm so fortunate that the girls are both going through this milestone together and Barb and I can share everything. It's the best. We may even plan a joint graduation bash for both of them next June! We shall see...
Charlotte has been busy wrapping up stuff here before the Prez starts her Senior year. We were at Staples yesterday buying supplies for her to make the posters for all the Senior milestones, she's been working on that. Then, the Superintendent of her school called on Friday to ask my permission if he could have her film a welcome back speech for the teachers/staff in a few weeks for Superintendent's Conference Day lol She passed her written driver's test so that's good and she's getting all of her college essays/ applications in order before we go away.
I've been trying to keep up with the summer garden. The weather has finally eased up a bit. Going to get hot again this week. Web is still in recovery mode. His stitches don't come out until this Thursday. UGH. But he's getting there.
Shout out to Mary Jo Webster to feel better, she took a bit of a spill on vacation out west. Sending get well hugs.
