Charlotte's PROM!

 Welp, we survived. Barely lol

Charlotte's Junior Prom was Thursday, it was also her boyfriend's Senior Prom. And the last days of school for us. I gave my final exam at the Middle School level, graded it in record time and submitted everything, so I could spend Thursday with Charlotte bringing her to all of her glam appointments for the prom. Lots of to-do's that no one realizes goes into all of this unless you're IN IT. Lots. Plus working full time. Holy Bleep.

But, she looked stunning. Not just saying that because she's mine. So many people messaged me about how beautiful she looked and how that color green was stunning on her. She was so happy with how everything turned out, which made me very happy. That's all you want.

Then, after going to the prom then an "after prom" party in NYC, the bus didn't pull in until 4:30 AM. She was exhausted. Slept for a few hours , then showered got dressed up again and attended her boyfriend's graduation ceremony late last night and afterwards went out for dinner with his family. Late night again.

She has another grad party this afternoon. But low key. Then the rest of the weekend free. Which is music to my very tired ears. It hit me today how drained I am, mentally, physically and emotionally. Looking forward to resetting these next few weeks.

So we are officially done here and now on SUMMER BREAK! This teacher couldn't be happier.
