Quick check in as I am running around after school like a chicken. In a million different directions.
The "theater actor" aka, Web has his big debut this afternoon for a matinee performance of Newsies! Break a leg! He will probably be home around 6:30 or so. Little Derek, aka Charlotte has a big game at 5 tonight that my parents will attend to represent for us since, Little Miss Never Say No, aka, me has Middle School Parent Conferences for my, not so "temporary" good deed job tonight. UGH. I never miss a game, so this is KILLING me not to be there :( But Mom and Dad said they will keep me posted. Thankful for them. Ever since I saw that game last year where a girl fainted in the outfield and was taken away in an ambulance with neither parent at the game, that killed me. So I make a point to be at every game.
But duty calls. For both of us tonight. Can't change it, so get on with it!
Looking forward to getting closer to Friday. After this week, we just have 5 days before we go on Spring Break. CANNOT wait!
Barb, Spiro and Marina are going down to FLA to see Spiro's Mom for the week, then headed back the day before Easter. We have a bunch of softball games and some college visits planned. Nothing crazy. Just looking forward to the break from work.
Then the home stretch until finals, prom and summer vacay. Did I tell you we booked our Jersey Shore house for a week in August? Right across from the beach. We are SO excited for something fun for us to look forward to...
