HAPPY FRIDAY!

 TGIF guys.

I mentioned my Dad came down with pneumonia earlier this week, he's finally coming along. Been on heavy duty meds all week and he's finally eating/drinking. So, it seems he's perking up. Yay.

We are chugging along here at the holiday pace. Charlotte has had a bunch of volunteer commitments this week and rehearsals. Tomorrow, she will take the ACT (another standardized test) tomorrow and then we can just wait and see how it unfolds. She's been prepping, so fingers crossed. And she'll be relieved after tomorrow's second big exam is DONE. Then we just have 5 more school days and ADIOS!

Next week, of course, the girl has 2 late night things- Tuesday night, she's receiving an award for a "supermastery" (95 and above) grade on her Regents exams. So that's nice. Then Thursday night, she is playing in her winter concert.

Busy, busy. This weekend I have to get our Christmas cards out. They just arrived today so I'm eager to get those labeled and out. That;s a big TO DO this weekend. Off I go to get started.
