Happy Saturday

Hi everyone.

A nice 4 day weekend here for us.

I mentioned Char was going away for a little Sweet 16 small getaway to do fall things to celebrate her friend Megan. Looks like she is having a ball. But we were happy to get the call last night that she misses us. US TOO!

So they've been to a cool trapeze kinda class, lol, painted beautiful fall landscapes, went on a gorgeous hike, went to a fall festival and corn maze and today is their last day! Weather couldn't have been more beautiful.

Web and I finally got out of the house ourselves to do something. We took a ride about 40 minutes away to the "gold Coast" of Long Island- Sands Point, which is the backdrop for The Great Gatsby overlooking the Long Island. Absolutely stunning. They were setting up for a fancy wedding. Man, the gardens, the castle, just magical.
