Cue the violins, Charlotte's softball team lost in game 2 of the play offs BUT while it's sad, it's kind of like, BREATHE time you know? And on the way to grab her after the game Friday and get her down to her NYSSMA performance in record time, someone smashed into my brand new car. Yeah, LOTS of damage. Nice, eh? Over 10,000 in damage. So. Just add it to the least of never ending headaches around here...
So all of that was a really crappy way to start off the weekend. Tomorrow, Charlotte has her spring concert and we HAVE to get that prom dress altered. We've been putting it off until softball ended, now time is ticking... She is also in the process of studying for all of her end of the year final exams, so it's been a lot. Her travel softball starts in about 2 1/2 weeks. So this will at least be a break for a short bit.
We spent the weekend sprucing up the entire outside of the house. Hung up some festive Memorial Day bunting, put up 2 planter boxes outside of 2 windows, added some cham to the front facade.

Planning on having my family over on Sunday for a low key BBQ. Will be nice to have them here. First time since Christmas...
