JERSEY SHORE 2024!

 Happy Tuesday guys.

Well, we are moving at lightening speed here. The coach has a late meet tonight, Charlotte didn't get home until 9:30 PM last night from pit practice for the musical this weekend, she's there again tonight and I'm on late night Uber duty. But on a much brighter note- We booked our big summer pre-Sweet 16 celebration plans for Charlotte in August!

(this is the beach house we rented)

We pulled the trigger on a gorgeous, rockstar beach house, right on the beach by the shore where my parents used to live. We are hosting 10 teenage girls for a week down there with us and Barb. It is right smack in the heart of all the exciting things to do down there with an inground saltwater pool, too! We are SO excited to celebrate and she is so excited to show her girls around her favorite childhood beach spot. The house has bedrooms for all the girls, a few separate deck balconies, a pool, fire pit, outdoor shower after the beach, 2 dens, a pool table and it comes with 12 beach passes. I'm just so glad the lease is signed and we can breathe. Sort of. LOLLL

And we are soooo familiar with the area and all the hotspots and fun things to share with the girls at night! We can't waaaaait. It's the week of Aug 17th. Then we go back to coaching, vball and the insanity!

So that's the exciting news of the day. Now, I can start planning. My favorite part.

She's such a beach girl and this is her favorite place ever, so, there you have it.

And after the musical is over this weekend, I think we just have to get through 2 weeks then February Break. MUCH needed! Then the softball insanity begins. Hey, this is where we are in life now. You can only do what you can do, and life is focused on the girl and her sports and just getting through another week. Every athletic family goes through it. Especially travel ball families. It's our turn...

So that's what's happening on our end. All good stuff. Sending hugs.
