PEACE- OUT.

 Happy Sunday everyone!

We are finally heading down on a flight tomorrow morning to South Carolina. I can't wait to show you those pictures when we come back. The house we are staying in is something else. We are super excited.

Charlotte finally finished her pre-volleyball tryouts on Friday. It was a grueling week for her. She had to switch gears from the week's before softball tryouts and start to use muscles a bit different than what she's been using for ball. Mostly her upper back and shoulders are killing her. But, she got through it and has been celebrating/socializing with friends ever since. LOL  She's trying to squeeze every last ounce out of what's left of summer. Ours is just beginning tomorrow! We are just most excited to step away from the house and sports etc. Charlotte is over the moon to go to her happy place down south :)

We haven't seen much of the kid on a one to one level in a month. Seriously, it's been a constant wave of pick ups, drop offs, games and bed. So the three of us are actually pumped to spend some real time together on the beach, eating out, exploring the island and going back to some of our favorite spots down there. It's going to be hot, but nothing we haven't felt all summer here, right? And we'll be in the ocean the whole time.

Today will be spent finish packing and doing the last of the laundry and cleaning. I always make sure we come home to a sparkly, clean house. It's the best after a long trip. I think after we get back, a few days later we are trekking upstate to see the Web. Srs. Haven't seen David since he got sick, then on our way home will stop in CT to see my brother, he's invited Barb and my parents also. It's only 5 hours (lol-no that's good-lol) from his parent's house upstate. So that stop will take a bit of the sting out of that long trip. So for the next two weeks the Webs will be the Traveling Webs. Gotta get it in when we can before the schoolyear has us on house arrest!

Charlotte has a ZOOM call with her new travel team coaches tonight to discuss practice times in the fall and any upcoming commitments. Seems like she will have a consistent softball practice every Thursday night late from 8-10 and Sunday mornings. And volleyball in between. All good though. She's probably in the best shape I've ever seen her in.

Today, a local Long Island softball home team from Massapequa, NY is playing in the Little League Softball Finals. Looking forward to it. It's on ABC at 3. Should be a good game.

Okay guys. Signing off until next Sunday. Send us some good vacay vibes-please.

Love to all xo, Ann
